Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in a similar role within international institutes or hotels.
Proficiency in bakery and patisserie techniques, showcasing expertise in the field. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey concepts and instructions to a diverse set of learners.
Capability to engage, motivate, and support students in their learning journey. - Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, particularly while working alongside the executive chef to deliver comprehensive training.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic educational setting.
Capability to manage time effectively, ensuring all training aspects are covered adequately. - Demonstrated passion for imparting knowledge and delivering a superior learning experience.
Enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into the training curriculum.
Responsibility
- Develop and enhance training modules, ensuring they align with industry standards and meet the needs of students
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions in bakery and patisserie, utilizing various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Work closely with the executive chef and other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and effective training program.
Provide support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere. - Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
Continuously monitor and adjust teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes. - Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in bakery and patisserie.
Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance teaching skills and knowledge. - Handle administrative duties related to training, including record-keeping, scheduling, and maintaining training resources.
