Mid-Valley National Culinary Competition 2016 is a platform for recognizing the culinary achievements of Nepal. Experts from HELP University, Malaysia together with our national chefs will be judging this competition on June 12th, 2016. This competition is set to be another benchmark in the international culinary industry. We are supported by the chef association of Nepal.
NOTES FOR COMPETITORS:
From Cooking Category, each competitor is restricted to choose only one main course.
The Competition begins at 8:00 am ends at 6:00 pm. The time schedule is as such;
There will be three half of the competition. 15 competitors will be divided into 3 groups.
8:00 am -10:00 am (Cooking Time)
11:00 am- 1:00 pm (Cooking Time)
