You’ll learn how to create beautiful artisan desserts, work with sugar decorations, and even plan dessert menus. We also teach food safety, costing, and kitchen management—skills that are important if you want to work in professional kitchens or run your own bakery. To join, you’ll need to have passed Grade 10.
In addition to our bakery-focused programs, we also offer a Diploma in Culinary Arts, which includes bakery training as part of the overall cooking curriculum. This program is perfect if you want to learn both cooking and baking. We also offer short-term courses that focus on specific baking and patisserie skills, ideal for those who want to learn something new or quickly improve their existing skills.

To apply, you’ll need to submit a copy of your citizenship, academic certificates (Grade 10 or higher), and passport-sized photos.

Countries like Australia, Canada, and the UAE are consistently seeking skilled pastry chefs, and possessing these certifications will facilitate obtaining a work visa.
