Orientation at Borderlands

The lavish verdure, Bhotekoshi cadence and Himalayan splendour had enlivened the Borderland atmosphere with senses reviving freshness and soul refreshing calmness. The resort was to be our abode for two days and a night as we took part in a leadership training camp as a part of the college orientation programme. The leadership training sessions were cleverly combined with a variety of challenging yet engaging and entertaining leadership and team building exercises designed to develop good leader qualities such as teamwork, strategic planning, decision making and more. Participation in such activities helped us forge a bond of friendship among us freshmen as we learnt to communicate and trust each other. We gained a better understanding of ourselves, our sense of leadership and learnt to work more effectively as a team. The enriching camp learning and experiences immensely helped in our personal growth and development. The service and the food provided were gratifying. It must be said that the camp was no less than a Peter Pan
